The idea is to give you an opportunity to understand your selected expert more. The reply at your email address would basically be only an validation of your query

vBoard will ensure that your query will be replied to by the selected expert at your email address. If in any circumstances, expert regrets or indicates unavailability, you will be refunded the amount or given an alternative by email.

Please note that boxes marked (*) are mandatory. In case of Options 1 & 4, you will received the password protected document. You can pay in advance or after receiving the document for which the password will be shared after payment is received. In case of Options 2 & 3, you will receive intimation of availability of vBoard team/ expert 3 hours before the actual call/ session. The call/ session will go through only after receiving the payment in advance or at least 2 hours before the event.
