There are of course simple and complex questions. Whereas simpler questions can be solved by Level 1 Opinion or in a Level 2 Opinion after a face-to-face meeting with the Expert or Domain Consultant, The Level 3 Opinion is for Solutions rather than Opinions. These solutions may sometimes involve in-depth study and review of documents and facts placed through file-share option available. The Level 3 Opinion is also preceded by a summary validation of issues considered by the Expert or Domain Consultant. Of course, you can waive the online meeting if you are happy with the Opinion itself.
