Kuldeep Chawla is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience across IT, Business Process Management (BPM), and Manufacturing. His expertise spans strategic planning, offshoring and outsourcing, enterprise risk management, and process reengineering. Beginning his career in electrical manufacturing, he gained deep technical knowledge in designing and testing industrial equipment before transitioning into IT and BPM, where he led transformation, governance, and service incubation initiatives. Kuldeep has successfully driven automation, robotics, and digital transformation programs across diverse industries, leveraging methodologies such as Six Sigma, LEAN, CMMi, COBIT, ITIL, ISO, and Agile frameworks.

He has managed global operations with teams of up to 400 professionals across development, testing, and support, serving clients in the U.S., Europe, and India in banking, insurance, retirement, and manufacturing sectors. His strengths include strategy formulation, performance measurement, value realization from offshore centers, and stakeholder-focused improvement initiatives. Kuldeep has also led numerous process transition and migration programs, ensuring seamless integration and sustained performance. An Electrical Engineer from the College of Engineering, Pune, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune, he combines technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver business transformation and operational excellence.
