  Terms & Conditions 

VIRTUALBOARDINDIA.COM IS AN ADVISORY WEBSITE. ALL USERS and PUBLIC AT LARGE ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USAGE SPECIFICALLY LISTED HEREIN. 

1. Each transaction between the User and website will commence from the time the ticket number is allotted to the User.

2. In case of Virtual Advisory Board, it will commence   after the agreement/ Non- disclosure agreement is signed by both

3. The User’s query under Second Opinion will be referred to any of  expert panel at the discretion of website.

4. User will have no specific choice in the selection of agent/ Expert, although they can request for the same.

5. In case of Virtual Advisory Board, the advisory board will be constituted as per request and choice of customer

6. User details is not requested by website from Users up to pre payment stage but can be voluntarily provided.

7. For billing purposes, the User may be requested for Name, address and GST number as per KYC norms. 

8. In case of Virtual Advisory Board, any shortfall in agreed payment terms as per contract will result in cessation of services.

DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION 

1. A standard arbitration clause for any disputes is a part of every agreement signed  between website and the customer.

2. The customer will be raise the complaint with the arbitrator who will be selected from choices listed by the website.

3. The arbitrator will decide within 3 days whether the complaint is maintainable & take 7 days to reach a decision
4. In case of grievance, the decision can be challenged by either party and arbitrator will decide within 10 days

5.  The arbitrator's decision will be final and will be acceptable to both the parties.     

 

Cancellation & refund policy 

SECOND OPINION  

1. Customers are requested for payments after validation stage. Payments will not be refunded after Opinion is dispatched

2. . In case of Level 2 & 3 Opinions, the customer can seek cancellation before 2 hours of the online meeting.

3. The User/ website can Exit/ terminate any query without citing reasons for the same.

4. In case of partial payments made the website may provide 3 days for making the full payment

5. In case full payment is not received, before 3 days, the website will retain 50% of the fee and refund balance

VIRTUAL ADVISORY BOARD  

1. Customers can choose to exit /change/ terminate the agreement after first month of a billing cycle.

1.a. For a Quarterly Virtual Board, termination can be done after the 1st month. 

1.b. For a Half Yearly Virtual Board, termination can be done after the 3rd month. 

1.c. For a Yearly Virtual Board, termination can be done after the 6th month.

2. .Any shortfall in agreed payment as per contract/ invoice raised can result in cessation of services by the website.

 2a.  In case of any short payment, the website will demand balance payment as per contract/ invoice raised within 7 days.

2b. If  balance payment is not received with 7 days, website will retain up to 50% of fee and refund the balance within 20 days 

3. Non Availability of Expert can be the reason for a customer to exit/ terminate  unless alternate date is submitted

3.a.The alternate date  will be submitted by website within 7 days of original meeting from 2 choices given by the customer.
