• Managing end to end, the biggest Music TV impact property in East- Mirchi Music Awards (Bangla).  • Responsible for the complete P & L ($10 million) and operations of the East Indian Radio Stations      • Successfully launched the Northeast Operations (Guwahati & Shillong) and stabilized the operations.   • Improving pricing from clients with focused products and strict monitoring mechanism, 8% improvement YOY.  • Ideating and executing (with profitable PnL) the longest concert in East India (36hr non-stop), namely Mirchi Jalsaghar.  • Handling a 100+ strong and diverse teams of sales, marketing, creative, admin, IT/infra and finance functions.  • Managing multiple B2B relationships across state with majors like Govt of WB/Assam, ITC and other retail houses.

• Responsible for the complete Customer Life Cycle Management of Postpaid customers of Kolkata and WB Telecom Circles.  • Increased postpaid revenue by 150% and postpaid base by 160% (in 2 years span).   • Reduced customer churn by 50% by improved and innovative collection and retention mechanisms.   • Led Six Sigma projects for customer engagement & loyalty, partner engagement and revenue enhancement.  • Maintaining relationships with Enterprise clients and servicing them through a dedicated team of RMs.   • Managing and supporting the complete distribution channel for postpaid and monitoring their profitability.
